What Ace looks like

Ace opens with a band of photographs that never stops moving - five pictures, each its own shape, sliding under a masthead that stays put while you scroll. Hover and it pauses; on a phone it becomes one photograph.

Below the band there is nothing but type on paper: Cormorant for the words that matter and a letterspaced sans for every label. No cards, no shadows, no accent colour. Dress codes and flight notes sit in italic, one line each.

It suits couples with strong photographs and a dry sense of humour. The questions and answers are two sentences at most, and the registry line concedes rather than instructs.

The briolette is all facets and no table - a stone cut to move light as it turns. All eight templates are named after one.
