What Cushion looks like

Cushion is the warmest of the eight. The cream has actual yellow in it rather than being off-white, and the green underneath is deep enough to read as ink. Newsreader sets the names in italic and Inter Tight handles everything else, which is an unusual pairing - a bookish serif with a face built for screens.

The photograph on the landing page is enormous, deliberately. Most wedding sites give the picture a third of the screen and the words two thirds; this one does the opposite and lets the photograph carry it.

Names run in lowercase. Combined with the warm ground it lands somewhere between a letter and a gallery wall.

The cushion cut is the old soft one - square with rounded corners, the shape of a pillow. All eight templates are named after one.
